Connecting with Charley has been a blessing.

Charley has guided me to begin my journey to finding inner peace. My journey has begun by learning to love myself. You can't give love away until you first love yourself. In learning to love myself, I am regaining my self-esteem. What a great feeling!

I have always believed that `Everything happens for a reason'. I am now also discovering that `I' have created everything that has happened in my life. There is no room for blame, it only causes resentments and `There are no justified resentments'.

I know that this is a lifelong learning process, but now that my journey has begun I have no intention of turning back.

Charley….amazing….how do you sum in only a few words what this man has taught me. Sometimes we need a little “life coaching”…that's all. I have known and worked with Charley Edwards since 1999.

It began, this work, when he was my student - as I am a college

instructor.

In this time, I immediately connected with him because of his integrity: if he said he was going to do something, he did it.

Soon, then, he became one of the students to whom I went if I was needing a read on the pulse of the course. His insights into how people were progressing toward believing they could succeed (It was a 'be a successful learner' course)... his insights were just what I could understand; his abilities to notice the subtleties, the beginning of risk-taking, etc. were superb.

Then, Charley began utilizing my expertise in achievement motivation and grief work to help him-self move forward.

The fact that he can both give and receive freely cemented the partnership.

Charley and I have been in 'partnership' on our growth journeys since 1999, and it is a lifelong connection.

I have coached him in getting his 'ducks in a row' for his own vocation, he for me in mine.

And what makes his type of assistance great? It is precise. He provides precise information about what he believes will be of assistance to me.

He asks if I want that information, and he provides it in small enough pieces so I can integrate it. He knows about purpose but won't pretend he can write mine. He believes that I can do what I need to do to have the quality of life that is available to us all when we are operating with our integrity intact. Being out of my purpose is being out of integrity, I know.

For me, because I have such a long and high quality relationship with him, he is one of two first-calls I make when I hit something, be it, a piece of scarcity (fear) or a piece of abundance (celebration).

Charley is not a counsellor, he is a Coach. He provides information which he believes may be helpful to me, and he can see my worth, even when I might be as blind as a bat. Oh, and his gentleness and respect are unmatched: he always coats his 'hammers' with velvet, if you know what I mean.

I could go on, and on, and on.
